4. Payments & Delivery

4.1 Payment Policy

• Full payment is required before delivery.
• Goods will not be offloaded unless proof of payment is received.
• Delayed payment may result in postponed delivery and disruption of service scheduling.

4.2 Delivery Terms

• Orders are subject to availability.
• Split loads may involve brief waiting periods, usually not exceeding a few days.
• Deliveries are made using suitable vehicles such as interlink trucks or 5-ton trucks.
• The buyer or their representative must be present at delivery to:
  • Provide access
  • Guide the driver through gates and tight areas
  • Point out any animals or hazards
• Grass Direct will not be responsible for moving obstacles or clearing delivery areas. Ensure that the delivery area is ready.
• While we strive to deliver safely and efficiently, we accept no responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, injury, or death (to persons, animals, property, or otherwise) that may occur during or as a result of the delivery process.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders must be cancelled prior to the scheduled delivery date. Late cancellations may result in loss of any deposit or partial payment already made.
